A spacious, bright, clean lobby playing melodious music, the warm sunshine shuttles through the smell of coffee, comfortable and long. There are lovely desserts and breakfast here and thoughtful service from the staff. Opening hours: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00; Saturday and Sunday: 07:30 - 14:00
Notes for Cardholders

At Daydream Café, we try our best to provide warm and thoughtful service to all our customers. At the same time, we help our disabled clients overcome the barriers they face. We will respond based on your Hapai Access Card. We are also happy to offer cardholders 10% off hot drinks.

You won't have to queue. Please tell us your table. We'll find you to take your order.
Level Access

There are two doors in the store, both with wheelchair access. We will look out for you if the door is closed and come and open the door for you, we also have a doorbell at our door for you to ring if you need someone to come and open the door for you.
Distances

Our parking lot is right outside the store, just a few steps away. There is also limited on-street parking on went worth and other nearby streets. Unfortunately, we do not have disability parking spaces. Our team will do our best to reserve a parking space for you if notified in advance
Urgent Toilet Access

Our store has a single unisex toilet for disabled customers. There may be a wait if used by another client. If you need to go urgently and the toilets are occupied talk to one of our friendly team and they will take you next door.
Disability Assist Dogs

We welcome registered assistance dogs in our store. We love dogs and have water bowls available.
Essential Companions

We also welcome your companions. We understand that your essential companion/carer may not want to buy a drink or food and we are good with that. But we do offer them a 10% discount of their hot drink if they choose to have one.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information

Our drink and food menus are written on blackboards, as are the descriptions of the items in the cabinets. But we are happy to read through our menu to our guests until you find satisfying drink and food.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information

We can't provide sign language, but your server will be happy to spend as much time with you as you need so you can get what you want. Our service staff will also come to your table to take your order.
Hidden Disabilities

We will do our best to provide possible assistance to our disabled clients. When our staff see this icon they will ask how they can best assist you.
