Overview

We specialise in Low and Slow Smoked American BBQ and Burgers. Choose platters of 12 hour smoked brisket, pork and chicken or try our tender 6 hour smoked ribs. Smoke also offers flame grilled steaks, full bar with lush cocktails and excellent craft beers

Standing and Queuing

Who likes queuing, but for those who find this an actual problem then we are happy to come to you to take your order. Just make sure we know that you are there.

Level Access

Our store has wheelchair access, accessible toilets and disabled parking bays. Accessible parking is located at the rear entrance, about 5m from the door. Both the front and back entrances have automatic doors, but we keep the rear one locked. If we see you there we will come and open it for you, but feel free to call us. There are other accessible parks across the road near the library about 25m from the main store entrance. Please see the access tour video for more details.

Our store is located within a short walk from the carpark and accessible parks are located at the rear entrance, about 5m from the door. There are other accessible parks that are about 25m from the main store entrance across the road near the library. Urgent Toilet Access

There is complete access to toilets including disability friendly toilets. The video shows the accessible toilet facilities (see below). If you urgently need the toilet and our ones are occupied, there are toilets available at the Library, just across the road.

Disability Assist Dogs

We can absolutely cater to assistance dogs. We have both indoor and outdoor spaces and we offer dog bowls for our furry friends

Essential Companions

Staff will make sure that your support person is well looked after, whether they would like to purchase a meal or not.

Difficulty Accessing Visual Information

We do not have our menu in other formats, however, we will take the time to sit down and read though the menu with our guests. Our menu is available on our website so you can check out the lovely food we have on offer before you come, or use your smartphone.

If you struggle to access audible information, we are happy to spend the time needed for you to understand our drinks and food menu.

Hidden Disabilities

We understand that the icons on the card don’t cover every accessible barrier and so when we see this icon on a card we will ask how we can make your visit to our restaurant a great one.
