They focus on sustainability while creating a ‘special moment’ for each individual who walks on in. They achieve this by catering to all dietary requirements without hassle, embracing different cultures and traditions throughout their food and, of course, making a banging cup of coffee, obviously the essential ingredient for the perfect visit to any local cafe! Whether you are looking for a place to bring your grandchildren for a special treat, a quiet place to work alongside a cup of coffee or a quick breakfast to go, Moment Cafe has you covered.So come along and experience what we have to offer, and we’ll do our best to give you that special moment!"

"At Moment Cafe, we want all our customers to feel right at home and to receive quality service. We realise that our customers with disabilities face barriers where they may require assistance from us - your server will have specific training around barriers so please ask what they can do to make your visit most enjoyable."
Standing and Queuing
We are happy to come to you to take your order for those who have difficulties standing and queuing. Just make sure we know that you are there.
Level Access
There is wheelchair access right throughout Moment Cafe.
Distances
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you either disabled parking or parking right outside, as there are no spots directly around Moment Cafe. There is paid parking on Southwark Street (off Manchester Street) which is roughly a 2 minute walk (150m) or more Parking corner of Tuam and Manchester Street which is roughly a 3 minute walk (200m) (according to Google Maps). We would suggest that you get someone to drop you off at the door to save this hassle if this is an issue for you.
Urgent Toilet Access
There are toilets available in Moment Cafe, but we also share these with other businesses around us - there is a walkway through a corridor which is directly connected to the cafe. Please see our walk-through video online (Hapai youtube) for more details.
Disability Assist Dogs
You are allowed assistance dogs anywhere on the premises.
Essential Companions
We understand if you need someone to assist you while you’re here - we’re also okay if they don't eat or have a cup of coffee.
