We have 4 men’s toilets and 4 urinals, 5 women’s toilets, and 2 accessible toilets. If you have this icon and need assistance locating the toilets or managing queues, our team will guide you or ensure you are next in line. We will always provide support discreetly and respectfully.

Difficulty Accessing Visual Information

Through the Hāpai Access Card training completed by our staff, they are aware of how to adjust their communication and support for customers who are blind or have low vision. This includes describing menus and prices, as well as guiding you to tables, toilets, or other areas within the building.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information

Through the Hāpai Access Card training completed by our staff, they are aware of how to adapt their communication to suit your needs. This includes ensuring they face you when speaking, communicating clearly, using pen and paper when helpful, and being patient and supportive.
Our staff are also aware of the NZ Relay service, so please feel free to use this when calling us if appropriate.
Hidden Disabilities

Through the training our staff have completed, they are generally aware of hidden disabilities and ways to improve your experience. Please speak to one of our team about how we can assist in making your time with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
