Standing and Queuing

Show your Hāpai Card / Lanyard and we will bring you to the front of the queue. There is plenty of space in our showroom where you can stand, lean or sit and be away from the pressure of queues, and in reality we don't have more than 5-6 people in the area at any one time.
Level Access

We have accessible parking adjacent to a slight ramp to a large slider door. Once inside there is ample room to move around, and access to an accessible toilet is through a wide door.
Distances

Our accessible carpark is only 3 metres from the main door, and from the door to the showroom counter the distance is only 8 metres.
Urgent Toilet Access

We have one accessible toilet just 10 metres away behind the counter and several other standard toilets in the building. Grab one of our team member's attention if you wish to be directed to the toilet, we will be discreet.
Disability Assist Dogs

We welcome disability assistance dogs to accompany their owner into our shop. Dogs that are not trained as disability assist dogs are not permitted in the shop. This is to prevent interference with disability assistance dogs. If your disability assist dog is thirsty, please let us know and we would be more than happy to provide a bowl of water. Our staff will let you know the most appropriate place for the dog to go to the toilet.
