Standing and Queuing
We tailor our tours to meet the customer's requirements and can minimize standing and queuing during our tours.
Level Access
We have the storage capacity to carry fold-up wheelchairs in our vehicles.
Distances
We are always ready to assist customers if needed and will leave the vehicle only when requested.
Urgent Toilet Access
We are aware of the locations of wheelchair-accessible toilets throughout the city.
Disability Assist Dogs
Our vehicles can accommodate disability assist dogs—please let us know in advance if you will be bringing one.
Essential Companions
An essential companion can join the tour at half price—please let us know in advance if you will be bringing one.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
We will provide full audio commentary for visually impaired customers.

Most of our tours are visual, but we will have pen and paper ready on the day if required.
