Standing and Queuing
Our friendly staff will assist you with a solution - by inviting you inside to wait at a seated area (within 15mins of opening). Please call our Security Shift Manager to arrange this - 021359811.
Level Access
Our property is wheelchair friendly, We have wheelchairs for public use, ramps and lift access available to all areas, along with clear signage for evacuation. An evacuation chair is available in the unlikely event of evacuation.
We have clear vehicle access to our door for drop off, which ensures a very short distance to access our property and lift (approx. 15 meters). We have internal car parking also, and our staff can be requested to assist with entry. Please call our Security Shift Manager to arrange this - 021359811.
Urgent Toilet Access
We will ensure you are familiar with our facilities on arrival. Assistance/advice regarding best placement for access to facilities. Attendant call buttons are located on all electronic gaming machines and we have clear way finder signage throughout our building.
Disability Assist Dogs
We are assistance dog friendly. Water can be made available and there is green space nearby for your dog's relief.
Essential Companions
We happily welcome your companion and offer the same discounts that you receive. Please ensure that you or your assistant make yourself known to us on entry.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Our staff will be happy to assist with verbal information regarding our menus and facilities. Participating in gaming will be difficult, and is not advised.
