Overview
Stephen and Debbie Jaeger, owners of the Coffee Culture Lincoln store are passionate about their community, their people and their busy coffee shop that has been a mainstay of the Lincoln township since 2007. The freshly re-fitted store bustles with sound of friends, families and farmers ducking in for a catch up over coffee, and is a post game hub on the weekends where folk from the local sports clubs drop in to fuel up. Be sure to drop in next time you're passing through and see for yourself what's made this little coffee shop such a big hit.
Notes for Cardholders

"At Coffee Culture Lincoln we want all our customers to feel welcome and receive excellent service. We realise that our disabled customers face some barriers that we can help them overcome. Your server will have specific training around those barriers and what they can proactively do to make a difference. We will also give you 10% off hot drinks."

Standing and Queuing

Who likes queuing, but for those who find this an actual problem then we are happy to come to you to take your order. Just make sure we know that you are there.
Level Access
wheelchair.png
Our store has wheelchair access, but certain areas are better than others and the staff will assist you to get to a good place.. The front door can be a bit tricky so if that could be a problem wait at the entrance and one of the staff will come and assist you. There is parking nearby in the closely located carpark area, just be aware that there are bump stops and the gap between may not be enough for a wide or powered wheelchair. The walk through video shows alternative routes to get to the entrance.
Distances

Our store is located close to multiple bus stops on Gerald Street. The closest stop is just a 1 minute (50m) walk from our store entrance.
Urgent Toilet Access

Our store has a single, unisex, disabled customer toilet. It may not be available at short notice due to use by another customer.
Disability Assist Dogs

We love dogs, and have water bowls available. Registered assistance dogs are welcome inside our store.
Essential Companions

We appreciate that not everyone in your group is wanting to purchase a drink, or something to eat. We are good with that, we think they will crack when they see the cabinet and smell those wonderful aromas, but if they have the will power then that’s all good with us.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
visual.png
Our drinks and food menus are written, and so is the description of the items in the cabinet. However, your server is more than happy to assist in explaining what we can offer, and they know you may need just a bit of extra time to decide what you want. Remember, if it is easier we can come to you at the table just let us know you want that.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information

We are not in the position to offer sign language, but your server will be happy to spend the time needed with you so that you get what you want. Remember, if it is easier we can come to you at the table.
Hidden Disabilities

We understand that the icons on the card don’t cover every accessible barrier and so when we see this icon on a card we will ask how we can make your visit to Coffee Culture Lincoln a great one.
