Free entry for a companion to all events.

We regret to inform you that off-street parking is not available.

Please note that as a live music venue, our space tends to have a lively and energetic atmosphere, which may include higher sound levels.

Standing and Queuing

Seating is available in the venue, and cardholders can skip the queue at the point of entry (i.e., to pay the cover charge) and at the bar to buy food and drink.
Level Access

Doors are always open at the front, and staff are willing and able to assist with lifting wheelchairs in and out of the building. Stairs have been altered to be 30 cm deep to allow for a chair to be pulled up backwards.

Urgent Toilet Access

An all-gender bathroom is available in the foyer, which has wider doors than the other cubicles and a larger floor area to allow a chair to turn around. There is also a handrail next to the toilet.
Disability Assist Dogs

All well-trained dogs are welcome at Darkroom, including disability assist dogs, companion dogs, guide dogs, and pets.
Essential Companions

Cardholders can bring a +1 free of charge to events at Darkroom.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information

Staff can verbally explain information such as directions and menu items. Entertainment is usually auditory, as we are a live music venue.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information

Pen and paper are available by the till, and the menu is printed in large font and placed along the front counter.
