At Escape Masters, we go out of our way to accommodate players with disabilities based on their individual needs. For example, we modify audio puzzles for players with hearing disabilities, and for players in wheelchairs, we relocate some room furniture. Depending on the day and time, we can also allow extra time for them to complete the room.

Our escape room primarily rely on visual clues. It is advisable to have a team member with strong visual skills. Through the training that the staff have done with the Hapai Access Card they are aware of the ways in which they can modify how they communicate with you and how they can assist you if your blind low vision. This includes talking through the menu or cabinet contents with you, guiding you to a table or the toilets.
