Overview
As the only Kiwi owned and operated electric scooter and bike share company in New Zealand, we are dedicated to encouraging active and sustainable transport across our cities. Our services are available in Dunedin, Palmerston North, Porirua, Waimakariri and Wellington, to which holders of a Hāpai Access Card are eligible for a 50% discount on all rides.
Notes for Cardholders
To benefit from the 50% discount for cardholders, simply download our user-friendly Flamingo app and follow the steps to create your account. After setting up your account, go to the "Payment" menu, select "Change Plan" and choose the Hāpai Access Card. Then submit a photo of your card to activate the discount.
You can also add up to three caregivers or family members to your Hāpai Card Plan. Just have them upload your Hāpai Card onto their Flamingo app, and they will be eligible for the same great rates!
