Notes for Cardholders
Mini Golf: $8 pp
Arcade FUN Pass: 30 minutes for $5
If an Essential Companion wishes to participate, they are entitled to the same discount for Mini Golf and/or FUN Passes. If they are only assisting and not participating, there is no charge.
Discounts can only be applied in-store (not online). On weekends and public holidays, we recommend emailing or phoning ahead so our staff are aware of your arrival and can prepare any necessary accommodations.
Centre Place Car Park: Level 1B (outside access via sliding doors) or Level 2A via elevators/ramp.
Standing and Queuing
We have chairs available that our team can bring out on request. With advance booking, we can ensure a chair is ready and waiting. Cardholders are welcome to let us know when they arrive, and staff can make accommodations if there is a queue—for example, providing a chair to sit on until a staff member is available.
Level Access
Unfortunately, our Mini Golf isn’t very accessible for wheelchairs (technically possible but not easy). In this case, we suggest using the FUN Pass for the Arcades.
Dedicated accessible parking is available in the Centre Place car park building, with entry on Bryce Street.
There is a sign on Level 1A, just past the first up ramp, guiding you to which levels have accessible car parks.
To help locate accessible car parks, the walls of the car park are painted bright blue.
NB: The ground floor and all car park levels designated B have no pedestrian access to lifts without using stairs.
Distances
Level 2A provides the closest parking access, or you can use Level 1B, which is the same level as our venue. Automatic doors from the uncovered car park are located right by our Mini Golf. From Level 2A, a short ramp leads from the elevators to the venue.
Wheelchairs are available from the Centre Place Customer Services team at no charge; however, identification, contact details, and a bond are required.

Urgent Toilet Access
While our venue does not have toilets available, visitors on the same level can use the facilities at Lido Cinema and Hoyts Cinema (male, female, and accessible toilets).
Public toilets in the mall are located on the ground floor and are accessible via the elevators.
Disability Assist Dogs
All registered disability assistance dogs are permitted entry to the venue with valid registration or proof, as required.

Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
We provide verbal explanations of signs and other information to help visitors have an enjoyable experience during their visit.

Pen and paper are available for use, and pricing information is clearly displayed in-store.
Hidden Disabilities
While our arcade can be quite stimulating, we have taken measures to lower overall game volumes. If guests need a break, they can head over to our Escape Rooms, which are always quiet, to take a moment if needed. Be open and honest with cardholders and work with them to find what suits their needs.
