Notes for Cardholders
Hāpai ID must be presented to staff at reception to receive a 15% discount on either Go Karting or Mini Golf.

Standing and Queuing
Please inform staff if you are a Hāpai cardholder with this icon. Our venue offers 12 bar stools and stools in the main area, as well as one communal table in the mini-golf area. This seating area provides a comfortable space for Hāpai cardholders to relax or wait to be assisted by staff.
Level Access
Our venue is equipped with ramps and wide double doors at the entrance to ensure wheelchair accessibility and improved mobility for all guests. We strive to keep the path to the entrance clear and clear of obstacles, providing safe and easy access for all guests.
Distances
Our venue offers 36 free on-site parking spaces, including 2 dedicated wheelchair-accessible bays located directly beside the entrance. These spaces provide convenient, step-free access for guests with mobility needs. The pathway from the accessible bays to the venue is level and unobstructed, ensuring safe and easy entry.
Urgent Toilet Access
Our venue has five bathrooms onsite, including two male bathrooms, one female bathroom (with three stalls), one unisex bathroom, and one accessible bathroom. These facilities are located to the left of the Go-Kart track. They are open and available during operating hours and do not require a key or code to access.
Disability Assist Dogs
We comply with New Zealand law regarding Disability Assist Dogs. All registered Disability Assist Dogs are permitted entry to our venue.
Accepted proof of registration includes either the visitor’s Hāpai Access Card displaying the appropriate icon (as shown above) or official registration documentation.
Please ensure the dog is wearing its appropriate service jacket, vest, or leash for identification.
Essential Companions
Essential Companions may enter free of charge when supporting a Hāpai Access Cardholder as a spectator. Only the cardholder is eligible for the discounted rate on Go-Karting and Mini Golf. Non-cardholders are not eligible for the discount and will be required to pay full price to participate in activities.
Please note that Go-Karting is single-seater only. Essential Companions are not permitted to walk on the track or pit lane while karts are operating, for safety reasons. Game Over track staff are available to assist Hāpai cardholders during their karting experience.
Essential Companions are welcome to accompany the cardholder throughout the Mini Golf course.

Staff are happy to verbally explain all signage, pricing, and menus. Our Go-Karting briefing video includes clear audio, and the team is more than happy to repeat key points or answer any questions to ensure no information is missed.

Staff will ensure they speak clearly and at an even pace when interacting with customers. We provide flyers and menus with pricing information, and our Go-Karting briefing video includes closed caption subtitles. Entry and exit points are clearly labeled, and additional signage—such as "Use Brakes," "No Contact," and "Turn Harder"—is in place to support all guests.
