Notes for Cardholders
Essential companions, carers, or support persons may accompany the cardholder at no extra charge. They are welcomed throughout all areas of the park and can assist the cardholder as needed.
Standing and Queuing
If needed, our staff are happy to escort you to the front of the line or provide a chair for your comfort, whichever option you prefer. Please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can assist.
Level Access
Elevators in the carpark provide convenient access to the mall. Once inside, the mall is level and fully accessible, making it easy for all visitors to reach our store.
Our park features wide, clear, and unobstructed pathways suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility aids. All ramps, doors, and aisles are regularly checked to ensure accessibility and safety.
Inside our venue, the bowling area is on a slightly different level from the rest of the park. A wheelchair ramp is available to provide safe and easy access to this area.
Distances
We provide designated accessible parking spaces near the main entrance for visitors with mobility needs. These spaces are clearly marked and monitored to ensure availability.
Urgent Toilet Access
Our venue features an accessible toilet with a wide doorway, handrails, and a low door handle for ease of use by all customers. This facility is located downstairs in our café area and is available to all visitors.
The main bathrooms, located upstairs, include male and female facilities and are clearly signposted. For added convenience, accessible and unisex toilets are also available nearby, across from our store at the mall entrance.
Our staff are happy to provide directions or assistance to any customer needing access to these facilities.
Disability Assist Dogs
All registered assistance dogs and service animals are welcome to accompany their handlers inside the park. Staff are happy to provide water bowls and a calm resting area for the animals when needed.

We provide clear signage throughout the park and make announcements where necessary. Staff are trained to give instructions both verbally and visually, ensuring they are easy to understand for all guests.
Our staff are always happy to explain available activities, provide pricing information, and answer any questions you may have.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information
To assist visitors who may have difficulty processing audible information, we provide clear visual cues throughout the park, including signs with pictures and text to indicate directions, activity areas, and facilities.
Staff also have pen and paper available for visitors to communicate in writing if needed. Menus, schedules, and instructions can be provided in written form to ensure all guests can easily access information.
Hidden Disabilities
To support visitors whose needs may not be immediately visible, we provide quiet and low-stimulation spaces within our venue where guests can take a break or decompress.
Our staff are trained to be patient, observant, and proactive in offering assistance, ensuring all visitors can fully enjoy their experience. We aim to provide flexible accommodations tailored to each guest, while always prioritizing safety and comfort.
