Overview
MoveX is an exciting trampoline and ninja park featuring a two-level ninja course with warped walls. The main arena includes small and Olympic trampolines, air tracks, gym floors, foam pits, parkour areas, and a full café with a great view, among many other attractions. It’s the perfect place for birthdays, private hires, classes, or simply enjoying a fun time with friends and family.
Notes for Cardholders
For just $15, you can enjoy 1 hour of jumping, and we also provide free grip socks to use. It's best to make group bookings in advance, but you're also welcome to walk in, and our staff will accommodate you. Alternatively, you can email us at info@movex.co.nz.
Standing and Queuing
We are more than happy to bring Hāpai cardholder to the front of the queue if they mention it, and we have plenty of seating we can arrange. Nothing is a problem for our staff.
Level Access
Our bottom level is wheelchair accessible and provides easy access to the trampolines. Additionally, our pathways and fire exits are inspected every morning to ensure a clear route for all wheelchairs.
Distances
We have three wheelchair parking spaces located right near the front door. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our staff.
Urgent Toilet Access
Our disabled toilet is located near the entrance and play areas, and it is always unlocked and easily accessible.
Disability Assist Dogs
All guide dogs are welcome on our premises at all times.
Essential Companions
All of our Hāpai cardholders are welcome to bring a companion free of charge, and they will also be provided with free loan grip socks.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Our staff are always available to communicate instructions in various ways if a Hāpai cardholder is unable to understand our usual method. We are happy to accommodate any needs.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information
All our instructions are provided in writing, through visuals, and explained audibly for each customer.
Hidden Disabilities
We have several areas within our business that can be easily made available if a quieter space is needed. Please speak to them about how they can assist in making your time with us extraordinary.
