Overview

My Wonderland is New Zealand's only 5-level indoor playground. We are also a café and party venue. Our playground is designed for children aged 0-12 years, with a dedicated 2-level toddler/baby area. Our entire facility is nut-free, and the café is allergy-friendly. We offer a large variety of gluten-free options and can safely cater for coeliacs. We have 3 party rooms (one with wheelchair access) and host beautiful birthday parties where we take care of everything— all you need to bring is the cake.

Notes for Cardholders

We run two low sensory sessions a week during the school term: every Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and every Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

We offer a special entry price of $10 for Hāpai Access Cardholders, with no time limits for play.

There is no charge for an Essential Companion (an adult who is the cardholder's caregiver or support person).

Standing and Queuing

We have plenty of café seating, and our team can take orders from the café area if requested. If all seating is occupied, our team will be happy to provide a seat.

Level Access

Our ground floor is wheelchair accessible, but the upper levels of the playground are not. The café, arcades, ball pit, and foam blocks are all located on the ground floor, so there’s plenty to do.

Distances

We have parking available at our front entrance. If you require a spot right at the front door, we suggest calling ahead so our team can reserve one for you.

Urgent Toilet Access

We have five unisex toilets, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Toilets are available for customer use.

Disability Assist Dogs

We comply with New Zealand law regarding Disability Assist dogs. All registered Disability Assist dogs are permitted entry to the venue. Accepted proof of registration may include presentation of the visitor's Hāpai Access Card displaying the icon shown above, or presentation of registration documentation along with the dog wearing its relevant service jacket (coat/vest/harness).
