Overview
Natureland Wildlife Trust, located in Nelson, New Zealand, is a community-focused wildlife park dedicated to conservation, education, and animal care. Our mission is to protect and conserve both native and exotic species while providing visitors of all ages with an engaging and educational experience.
Notes for Cardholders

Dogs are not allowed in Natureland as it is a wildlife park.

The zoo offers pre-booked education sessions with the Educator, who tailors the session to visitors' interests. These sessions can take place in one area or involve moving around the park. Visitors need to book in advance to ensure availability.

Standing and Queuing

Cardholders who have difficulty standing and/or queuing are welcome to approach the front counter and will be served as soon as possible. We have chairs behind the counter that can be used if needed.
Level Access

Pathways and gates around the park are wide enough for wheelchairs, and most paths are paved. The front gates can be opened for easier wheelchair access.
Distances

Parking is available nearby. While we do not have dedicated accessible parking, there is space for short drop-offs and pickups at the front of the park for individuals or large groups. There is also a waiting area while a car is being collected, and we can provide a chair if needed.
