Overview
My clinic bringing solutions to you for a healthier way to be. Therapeutic body treatments, infrared sauna treatments, massage and naturopathic consultations.
Notes for Cardholders
We are pleased to offer a 20% discount on any treatment to Hāpai Access Cardholders. Treatments must be a minimum of 60mins for this offer to be valid.
Standing and Queuing
Our services are appointment based so there is no waiting necessary.
Level Access
Ground level entry and suitable for wheelchair access. Mobile service available also, we can come to you!
Distances
Our services are appointment based so there is no waiting necessary. If you are coming to us, there is parking directly outside the property.
Urgent Toilet Access
Unfortunately we do not have an accessible bathroom, we do have a standard bathroom available for your convenience however.
Disability Assist Dogs
We comply with the NZ law with respect to Disability Assistance Dogs. The staff will offer you water for your dog and will indicate the nearest place for the dog to relieve itself.
Essential Companions
Appt based service companion welcome to come along.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
As we are an appointment based service we will provide 1 on 1 care to ensure that you receive any assistance that you need.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information
Through the training that the staff have done with the Hāpai Access Card, they are aware of how they can modify how they communicate with you. This includes making sure you can see their face when speaking, speaking clearly, use of pen and paper and being patient. The staff are aware of the NZ Relay service, so please use this if you think it appropriate when ringing if needed.
Hidden Disabilities
Through the staff's training, they are generally aware of hidden disabilities. Please speak to them about how they can assist in making your time with us extraordinary.
