Notes for Cardholders

Please book in advance/ arrange a visit with a disability organisation. Since Hapai Access Card discounted rates are only available in-store, please provide phone, email and details for bookings so that our employees are prepared to assist.
Standing and Queuing
Priority seating and front-of-queue access are available for cardholders to ensure a comfortable experience.
Level Access
We provide an unobstructed pathway for clear and easy access to our venue. Our glass door, which faces the reception, allows our staff to readily see if Hāpai Cardholders need assistance with entry.
Distances
Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking available. However, parking can be found on Manstreet, with an elevator providing easy access to Odysseum.
Urgent Toilet Access
Please note that there are no customer toilets on-site. Our staff is happy to direct Hāpai Access Cardholders to the nearest toilet facilities and inform them of the available options.
Disability Assist Dogs
Please note that dogs are prohibited inside the Odyssey Sensory Maze. However, dogs are welcome inside Odysseum and Arcadium.

Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Audible information is available through video, providing verbal explanations of key signs (such as entry and exit pathways) and information boards, including signs and waiver forms.

Hidden Disabilities
If turning off the music in the Odyssey Sensory Maze will not compromise the experience of other customers, it can be turned off upon request. Please give us a call for more information about this option. Additionally, cardholders are welcome to wear their own ear plugs or headphones if they wish.
