Overview
One New Zealand Stadium is designed to be Aotearoa’s most accessible and inclusive major venue. This Accessibility Guide provides promoters, sporting bodies, event organisers, technical crews and partners with all venue information needed to ensure every event is planned and deliver ed with accessibility at its core.
Notes for Cardholders

The VŌ staff have all undergone training with respect to the card and reasonable accommodations. At the stadium contact any of the VŌ staff - wearing blue vests - if you need assistance or one of the security team.

Standing and Queuing

One New Zealand Stadium has been designed to support the safe, comfortable, and efficient movement of all guests. Wide entry points, continuous accessible pathways, and distributed amenities help reduce congestion and minimise time spent waiting. Seating is available throughout entry plazas and concourses to support rest where needed. If additional support is required, our team can assist with priority access options or help reduce time spent in queues to ensure a comfortable experience.

One New Zealand Stadium provides step-free access throughout the venue, with continuous accessible paths from entry to seating. All public areas are accessible via ramps or lifts, with three public lifts located at Gates A, C, and E. Accessible seating, with companion positions, is available across all stands. Our team is available to assist with navigation or access to facilities if required.
Distances

One New Zealand Stadium has been designed to minimise travel distances through multiple entry points, distributed amenities, and clear wayfinding. Accessible drop-off is located on Hereford Street with a fully paved route to gates. Guests can also use the ONZS App (PAM) to plan routes, travel times, and proximity to key facilities. Our team can assist with wayfinding or provide support to help you reach your destination comfortably.
Urgent Toilet Access

One New Zealand Stadium provides a high number of toilet facilities throughout the venue, including 32 accessible toilets, exceeding New Zealand Building Code requirements. Facilities are located across all levels, with clear signage and accessible routes. A dedicated accessible changing facility is also available on Level 1. If required, our team can assist you in accessing the nearest available facility quickly.
Disability Assist Dogs

Certified Disability Assist Dogs are welcome at One New Zealand Stadium. The venue provides accessible circulation, seating, and space to support guests accompanied by assist dogs. Our team can assist with wayfinding and identifying suitable outdoor areas if required.
Essential Companions

One New Zealand Stadium recognises the important role of Essential Companions. We work with event organisers and ticketing providers to support companion access, including appropriate seating arrangements. Accessible seating includes companion spaces to ensure guests can attend together comfortably.

One New Zealand Stadium has been designed with clear, high-contrast wayfinding, intuitive layouts, and consistent signage to support easy navigation. Information is also supported through announcements and staff assistance. Guests can use the ONZS App (PAM) to plan routes and understand proximity to key facilities. Our team is available to provide verbal guidance or escort you to your destination if required.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information

A low-power FM listening system is available to support enhanced audio experiences, with receivers available from the Ticket Box at Gate A. Our team can also provide information through written or visual communication where required.
