Running Grid is a fully self-service, high-intensity gaming environment with flashing lights, sound effects, and fast physical movement. For safety reasons, animals (including pets and service animals) cannot enter the gaming rooms. We respect and comply with New Zealand law regarding Disability Assist dogs and will always welcome registered Disability Assist dogs in our venue’s reception and waiting areas. However, due to the nature of our equipment and enclosed spaces, it is not safe for dogs to accompany players inside the gaming rooms. Customers who require a Disability Assist dog are welcome to attend with a support person who can remain with the dog outside the game area while the participant plays.
