"Located at 2 Norman Kirk Drive, Rolleston Selwyn District Council have a fantastic Customer Services (CS) team ready and waiting to help our Customers.The CS team is the first point of call for departments in keeping Selwyn’s customers informed, whether it be a new policy or change in service to be implemented; the CS team are the first to know. One contact point for customers- Centralised all channels: counter, phone, email channels.- Customers step into a modern, warm and friendly environment.- All transactional payments for Council are able to be paid at Rolleston HQ. Such as- Rates- Dog registration- Building Consents- Resource Consents- Water Bill- Walk-in Services are available to see on-call duty teams such as Building and Planning for the convenience of the Customer.Selwyn District Council HQ office is also has the AA services within our Building.The AA Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency provides a full range of driver and vehicle licensing transactions, including booking for restricted and full tests, renewals, replacements, reinstatements, learner licences, AA membership, IRD personal applications, RealMe photos, and SuperGold. The AA Desk is located at the Selwyn District Council Headquarters in Rolleston.The Rolleston AA desk is open 8.30 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. Driver licensing information is available from the New Zealand Transport Agency Driver Licensing Helpline contact 0800 822 422.Opening Times: Tuesday 8:30am–5pm Wednesday 8:30am–5pm Thursday 8:30am–5pm Friday 8:30am–5pm Saturday Closed Sunday Closed Monday 8:30am–5pmA wheelchair is available on request for visitors to Selwyn DC HQ. Please call ahead on 03 347 2800 to let us know you need it.A greeter is stationed at reception and is able to assist you with information and directions. The greeter can provide a wheelchair on request and assist you in getting to where you need to within the building."

It is approximately a 50m walk from the accessible parking spaces to the lobby. and up a slight incline. A wheelchair is available and the building greeter will bring it to you and assist you in entering the building.When at a service desk let us know you are waiting and we will look to attend to you as soon as possible. If you have any issues with this speak with our greeter at the entrance and they will assist you. There are plenty comfortable seats to use while you are waiting and we will come out form behind the counter if you would find it difficult coming to us.

It is approximately 50m from the accessible parking spaces to the lobby. and up a slight incline. We will assist you to get access into the building if needed. Please call 03 347 2800 preferably before arriving, but if that is not possible from your car.

It is approximately 50m from the accessible parking spaces to the lobby. and up a slight incline. A wheelchair is available and the building greeter will bring it to you and assist you in entering the building. Once in the building all the public accessible areas are close together. The building greeter is there to assist you if you should need it.
Urgent Toilet Access

The toilets are located at the far end of the entrance lobby area about 30m from the front entrance,. There is a unisex accessible toilet with shower.
Disability Assist Dogs

A NZ Government registered assistance dog is more then welcome into the Selwyn DC HQ building. We will make sure that you and the assistance dog have the space needed when inside the building. The greeter will brief you as to the location of the service desk or meeting room you required and guide you there if required. We have an area where your assistance dog can relieve itself and a drinking area.

The staff at the service desks will be happy to help you to understand any written material and assist you completing documents.
