As you dine, the floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains will captivate you day and night.

Standing and Queuing
Please show your Hapai card at the restaurant reception and you will be priotised in checking in and shown to your table. In case you are early, Reception can assist you with seating before the restaurant is open. The host can offer you a menu to pick food from and bring the buffet food to your table, rather than you standing in the queue.
Level Access
We have wheelchair accessibility on the second floor, where there is ample space for wheelchairs and still a good view. We have a wide low-sloping ramp. The duty manager will be informed you are there and can assist in the case of an evacuation.
We have onsite wheelchairs available if you find that you need them. One at the bottom of the Gondola, one at the top, and one at the top of luge. There is plenty of seating for you to sit down in while we retrieve the wheelchair for you to use.
Urgent Toilet Access
Our staff are happy to show you where the toilets are and to seat you near the facilities. Please let us know if you need any additional assistance.
Disability Assist Dogs
We will seat you in an area that has ample space around the table for your dog to be comfortable. A water bowl will be made available. Staff can let you know the best place for toileting your dog and provide a bag if necessary.
Essential Companions
Staff will make sure that your support person is well looked after, whether they would like to purchase a meal or not.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Our hosts can assist you with verbal instructions about the buffet and the food on offer.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information
We have a menu that the staff can share. Please make us aware of any difficulties and the staff will be able to make their language clear and/or communicate by writing things down.
Hidden Disabilities
Our friendly reception staff are on hand to help with any additional needs or assistance required.
