We’ve got a large, flat space with comfy couches available for waiting.

Our store is wheelchair accessible.
Distances
A publicly accessible parking space is available on Herd St, approximately 100 m from our main store entrance. Drop-off only spots are usually available outside Raglan Roast Cafe, and you can access our side door by calling 04 473 1080. The distance from there is approximately 25 m.
Urgent Toilet Access
We have an accessible unisex toilet available in our store.
Disability Assist Dogs
All disability assist dogs are permitted in our store, and all other well-behaved dogs are also welcome.
Essential Companions
We offer free rides for visitors’ Essential Companions.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Our staff member will spend time with you to make sure you are comfortable with the bike and the controls.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information
We have physical maps, paper, and pens available to help us communicate. Our reservation system screen can be turned around for the customer to see.
Hidden Disabilities
We have two counters and one waiting area. We can move between these spaces if the store is busy.
