We comply with the New Zealand law regarding Disability Assist dogs. All registered Disability Assist dogs are permitted entry to
Te Puke Memorial Pools. Accepted proof of registration could be presentation of the visitor's Hāpai Access Card displaying the icon shown above OR presentation of registration documentation plus the dog is dressed wearing its relevant service jacket (coat/vest/harness).
Essential Companions
Our ‘Hapai All Aquatic Facilities’ membership includes free access for an accompanying support person if required. Our 30% off casual general swim entry for Hapai card holders is also offered to accompanying support persons.
