Located conveniently next to Village Health, prescription and health services, no long wait times.
We offer so many services ex: Disabled access and carpark, RAT collection tests and free masks, COVID antiviral treatment, all schedule Immunization, Minor ailment service, Long Term condition services, and pharmacists only consultation.

Notes for Cardholders
We are happy to offer 10% off on retail excluding promo and clearance items to Hāpai Access Cardholders.
Standing and Queuing
There are few queues; however, if there is one while you are visiting, show your Hāpai Card, and staff will assist you by offering you a seat & place you in the virtual queue.
Level Access
Our building has level access throughout, including accessible parking located 10 metres away. The best entrance is the main entrance to the doctors/pharmacy building which has wide automatic doors.
Distances
Our building is not large and there is plenty of seating throughout that you are welcome to use, our accessible parking is located directly outside the store.
Urgent Toilet Access
We have one standard toilet, the pharmacy is located facing a medical center that provides accessible toilets. Additionally the room next to the pharmacy is a physiotherapy room, which also has an accessible toilet.
Disability Assist Dogs
We comply with NZ law, which says registered assistance dogs must be welcomed onto the premises. If a customer has this icon it means their dog has been registered, please offer a water bowl to the dog and guide the customer to the nearest place for the dog to relieve itself if required.
Essential Companions
We do not require payment to enter so your companion is more than welcome if they want to purchase something or not.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information
Through the Training the staff are well-informed about adapting their communication and assisting individuals who are blind or have low vision. They can help you with the Bar menu and assist you to a seat and guide you to the toilet if required.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information
Through the training that the staff have done with the Hāpai Access Card, they are aware of how they can modify how they communicate with you. This includes making sure you can see their face when speaking, speaking clearly, use of pen and paper and being patient. The staff are aware of the NZ Relay service, so please use this if you think it appropriate when ringing if needed.
Hidden Disabilities
Through the staff's training, they are generally aware of hidden disabilities. Please speak to them about how they can assist in making your time with us extraordinary.
