Overview
Union Fare Eatery is a contemporary brunch and dinner eatery located in the heart of Prebbleton. We offer indoor and outdoor dining with an extensive coffee and beverage list.
Notes for Cardholders
Here at Union Fare Eatery we want all our customers to feel welcome and receive excellent service. We realise that our disabled customers face some barriers that we can help them overcome. Your server will have specific training around those barriers and what they can proactively do to make a difference.
We offer card holders 10% off hot beverages.
Standing and Queuing
There are not often long queues here at Union Fare Eatery; however, if you find yourself in a queue that is uncomfortable for you to stand in, you’re welcome to advise a staff member and let them know you need table service.
Level Access
Unfortunately, the front entrance is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps leading up to the door; however, at the back where the car parks are located, you can come through the rear entrance using our accessible ramp. There is one accessible parking space on the left of the drive which is entered from Springs Road. If you want to sit on the deck feel free to request our staff to assist you with moving tables and chairs. The accessible toilet door is not heavy but does open outwards so please ask staff if you would like assistance with it
Distances
There is plenty of parking at the rear of Union Fare Eatery and it is a relatively short walk to inside. There is one accessible parking space on the left of the drive which is entered from Springs Road.
Urgent Toilet Access
The toilets are directly outside the back entrance to the cafe. There is one accessible and one standard toilet. The accessible toilet door is not heavy but does open outwards so please ask staff if you would like assistance with it
Disability Assist Dogs
Registered assistance dogs are welcome inside. Please let us know if you would like a bowl of water for them.
Essential Companions
We understand that if you’re bringing along an essential companion that assists you, they may not be eating or ordering a drink – and we’re okay with that.
