Overview
3000 free carparks with 42 accessible parking spaces located near the main entrance on the North Side of the Arena. Our events have hosting staff members who are situated at the front doors to assist you on your arrival. Please ask them for any assistance you may require to help with your visit.
Notes for Cardholders

Any offering for Essential Companion (+1) entry is only available at events where the promoter and ticket provider have agreed to provide an offer. Otherwise, you must purchase a separate ticket for your Essential Companion.

Standing and Queuing

Please wave your card, and our front-of-house (FOH) staff will assist you by placing you in a virtual queue. Serving you at your seat will also be an option. Please speak to one of our hosting staff to arrange.
Level Access

Wolfbrook Arena provides wheelchair access throughout the venue. There are two passenger lifts to the upper level and to the suites.

There are plenty of free carparks (including accessible parking spaces) available near the main entrance at the North Side of the Arena.
Urgent Toilet Access

There are 56 standard toilets and 8 accessible toilets for women. There are 22 standard toilets plus urinals and 8 accessible toilets for men. Accessible toilets are located in all ground floor bathrooms and also at Doors/Stairs 1 & 4.
Disability Assist Dogs

We comply with the NZ law with respect to Disability Assistance Dogs. The staff will offer you water for your dog and will indicate the nearest place for the dog to relieve itself.
Essential Companions

Additional tickets for the Essential Companion are at the venue hirer's discretion. ****These will need to be issued prior to presenting at the front doors.
Difficulty Accessing Visual Information

Through the training, the staff are well-informed about adapting their communication and assisting individuals who are blind or have low vision. They can help you with the food and beverage menu as well as assist you to your seat and toilet facilities if required.
Difficulty Accessing Audible Information

Through the training that the staff have done with the Hāpai Access Card, they are aware of how they can modify how they communicate with you. This includes making sure you can see their face when speaking, speaking clearly, use of pen and paper, and being patient.
Hidden Disabilities
